Several servers were installed and implemented with local and administrative desktops and laptops for the Hercules Trophy employees with a maximum level of mobility. SharePoint was installed to ensure the management of all customer related information and to have a single point of information for the international offices of Hercules Trophy. ict4me designed and implemented a unique SMS service that serves both as an information center and as a score board portal on the event itself. Participants can track their progress and request information via SMS and push Twitter messages and images towards the score board via SMS.
